The experienced leader realizes that he will not have a happy and motivated team unless he himself shows a positive attitude, and this is achieved by being positive when faced with a problem, or by providing an atmosphere of comfort and positivity in the workplace; And doing simple things can make a huge difference, such as serving meals, or setting aside a “fun hour” for the team. If you remain calm and balanced, your team members will follow in your footsteps as well, leading to enhanced morale and productivity, and problem solving more quickly. But if you panic and decide to give up, they will realize that immediately, and the problems will add up even more.


Tesla founder Elon Musk is a perfect example of a self-confident leader. He believes from the bottom of his heart that Tesla will be a success, and he always reflects this through his actions. You cannot become a self-confident person in the blink of an eye, but the achievements that you achieve every day will gradually give you more confidence. So:

A leader’s sense of humor is very important, especially when things go wrong. If employee morale drops, so does productivity. So try to create a fun and discussion atmosphere before things crumble.


You have to learn to make fun of yourself, as this increases the confidence of others in you, because you do not hesitate to share your experiences with them; Just as you have to be observant and learn from the jokes that others make, you can also get a lot of inspiration from the Internet.

  1. The ability to accept failure:


We are at risk of failure no matter how hard we try to avoid it, but that’s okay. All you have to do is know how to deal with it.


The seasoned leader is open to failures and setbacks. He keeps calm, thinks rationally, uses all available resources in his hands, and does not display anxiety and collapse to his team members; This is so that tension does not become the master of the situation, and fear and negative feelings prevail in them.
