But if you panic and decide to give up, they will realize that immediately, and the problems will add up even more.

 

Tesla founder Elon Musk is a perfect example of a self-confident leader. He believes from the bottom of his heart that Tesla will be a success, and he always reflects this through his actions. The seasoned leader is open to failures and setbacks. He keeps calm, thinks rationally, uses all available resources in his hands, and does not display anxiety and collapse to his team members; This is so that tension does not become the master of the situation, and fear and negative feelings prevail in them.
